Delivery Rules and Restrictions

Delivery costs are indicated in your cart at checkout. Orders over $135 AUD receive free shipping. Orders under under $135 AUD are a flat rate $7 AUD delivery fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping (via Australia Post): 1–3 business days

Express shipping applies only to transit time after dispatch. Standard processing times still apply before shipment.

Products will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. Once processed, we may not be able to modify your order details.

Delays and Liability

During peak periods, delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

JA’ PAUS PERFUME does not accept liability for delivery delays caused by third parties. If you have not received your order within 21 days, please contact our Customer Care team at japausperfume@japausperfume.au.

We may leave your parcel at the premises provided. Risk and responsibility for the products pass to you once delivery has been completed to your nominated address.

Accuracy of Delivery Information

We take care to deliver to the address provided. However, JA’ PAUS PERFUME is not liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery resulting from incorrect address details entered during checkout.

Orders placed within Australia are dispatched from Sydney, NSW.
