JA’ PAUS PERFUME – Returns Policy
Please note, this policy may vary during promotional periods.
At JA’ PAUS PERFUME, we want you to love your new fragrance. That’s why we offer two ways for you to experience our scents before committing to a full-sized bottle.
2ML Samples
All of our 50ml & 100ml fragrance bottles come bundled with a 2ml sample of the matching scent, allowing you to experience your new perfume before unwrapping the full-sized bottle.
After using the 2ml sample, you can decide to keep your purchase or, if it isn’t the right fit, return the unopened, unused full-size bottle for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
TRIO SET
Our Trio Set includes three of our signature scents in 2ml mini atomisers, allowing you to explore the entire collection before committing to a full-sized fragrance.
Please note that refunds are not available for the Trio Set's unless faulty, as it is intended as a sampling experience.
Returns & Refunds
- All 50ml & 100ml fragrances are eligible for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Trio Sets, 10mls are final sale unless faulty.
- Products must be returned in original packaging, unopened and unused.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds for items returned late, used, or damaged. Denied returns will be shipped back to you.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable, including items returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect.
- If your order included a free gift, it must also be returned. If not, the retail value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.
- Pre-order purchases are eligible for returns starting from the delivery date.
Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our fragrances, we do not offer exchanges. You may, however, return eligible items for a refund or store credit, then re-purchase your desired scent.
Store Credits
Store credits never expire and can be used until the full value has been redeemed.
Faulty Items
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days at japausperfume@japausperfume.au with 2–3 clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and assist you with the next steps.
Please note that JA’ PAUS PERFUME does not accept returns for fragrances damaged by mishandling, exposure to heat, or general wear and tear.

All returns must be posted within the respective timeframe. Orders returned outside this window may be denied.
